You can bake in them or simply throw in some fruit. Perfect portion control.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;The Basics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whatever you can fit in a 7oz Ramekin you can eat as a main meal. Hopefully you won't just eat Ice Cream :) Snacks are encouraged but again only whole foods such as Cottage Cheese, Grapes, Kiwi and Caviar for example. No Potato chips or Corn chips at this party, they are too dangerous - unless you eat them as a meal or a snack in the Ramekin. Outside of the Ramekin and left to their own devices they will multiply and make you fat. I've never tried the small bowl thing before and I can see the possibilities. Imagine having no more plates! If you want Pizza it'll have to fit in a Ramekin! Ha! ehh, it was fun for today anyway. I enjoyed the Quiche a lot! And 1 Hot Dog, 1 Red Potato and 1/2 Onion made two servings! Last night I was googling different bowls as I do like the idea of eating out of bowls, rather than plates, but like I said- itchy. I do feel 5 days is plenty of time to see if a diet works so figure one more day of the Ramekin and we'll figure out what's next.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One problem with a Ramekin is it won't hold much salad. So perhaps larger bowls should be allowed for certain food groups. It tastes great on everything! On Eggs, Smoked Salmon, Steak, Broccoli, mashed Potatoes, Squash you name it! And there is evidence, true or not- actual studies that show Vegetables digest better with 'FAT' on them. Google it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;The Basics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At least two meals a day will include Hollandaise Sauce. The third meal can be Hollandaise free, such as Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. If one day Breakfast is Oatmeal with fruit (a single serving!) then the two remaining meals will have Hollandaise. Eating out for Lunch (portion controlled) the the same applies. Meals must be kept simple. Snacks are allowed between Breakfast and Lunch and Lunch and Dinner if desired but they must be simple items. For example: 1 Banana, 1/2 cup of Cottage Cheese, 8-10 Grapes, 1/2 an Apple with 3 Walnuts, 1 Kiwi. Keep snacks simple and real. Simple, simple, simple!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The food groups should be 'paleo-ish' but not maniacally so. Try to limit Bread to half a Whole Wheat Pita a day, if that. Rice- portion it! Don't just make a whopping bowl of Rice and expect to lose weight. I find 1/4 cup (dry) works well- not more than once a day. Have some fish, meat and loads of veggies but with Hollandaise Sauce!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This game does not include Pasta.
